This is the only real estate sales course you will ever need, created for you by the #1 real estate agent in New York City.
This is the ultimate guide to getting more clients, making more money, closing more deals, building your own team, structuring your day for success, and more. I want you to live a better lifestyle by becoming the best salesperson you can be. So, I’m giving you all my strategies, tricks, and templates my team and I personally use every day to sell nearly $100 million in homes per MONTH.
I’ll bring you into a listing presentation where I pitch my services to sell a $16.5 million-dollar townhouse. You’ll come along as I take a client to view potential properties, and you’ll see me showing that townhouse (spoiler: I get the listing) to perspective buyers. We’ll go through an actual negotiation together and work on procuring new leads. I’m going to help you build your business by showing you exactly how I built mine. I’m going to show you what to do every half hour of every day. I’m going to show you how to talk on the phone to buyers, sellers, developers, and other agents. I’m going to teach you how to craft the perfect email.
I’m not a coach. I’m not just someone on TV. I got into the real estate business the day Lehman Brothers filed for bankruptcy in 2008 with no money in my pocket. I just needed to figure out how to pay rent. I didn’t even own a suit! But I became addicted to the business and I taught myself the BUSINESS of being a real estate agent. And that’s what I want to pass on to YOU.
