Supertribe is a brand new course by Eben Pagan that teaches you how to build your own tribe: a network of great people around you.
The main areas covered in Supertribe are team, mastermind, mentor and friendships. Those 4 are the types of tribes you need to create major success in your life. Let's have a closer look at Supertribe by Eben Pagan.
Team
Build a team of superstars that works together, in harmony to bring products and services that grow your business and that make the world a better place.
Mastermind
social group, 12 people, meet regularly
goal: long term success of its members.
How to choose your mastermind?
First, you need to know what you want to accomplish. Then build the mastermind with people who have already achieved that. They will join, because most of them are not in a great mastermind. They love to hang out with each other, but they don't want to organize it. That's where you can play a big role. Surrounding yourself with people who have already achieved what you want to achieve will change your view on what's possible. Their reality becomes your reality.
Supertribe covers techniques that help you keep the mastermind on track. This is critical to keep it centered around deleoping each member in a specific area of life.
You also learn all about facilitating and how to build a great mastermind format. In Eben Pagan's Supertribe you will learn all about hot seats, in which each person shares their biggest opportunities and challenges so the whole group can celebrate and brainstorm about solutions. have the meal conversations be more personal than the general mastermind topic.
Mentorship
Learn how to know where you need to grow to achieve your life's goals. And learn how to find the right mentor that gives you the shortcuts to get there. Remember: a good mentor gets fulfilment when you as the mentee achieve more than they have achieved.
Friendship
It's been said that you are the average of the 5 closest people around you. That's why it's critical to choose your friends wisely. In Supertribe Eben Pagan teaches you how to make real friendship with people who can propel your life forward.
