Just wanted to get some advice about partnerships and investments.
I have this App idea which I would like to make for the iOS Market Place.
The APP is a game.
The idea is a pretty simple and unique. But to make it fun, addictive and an attention grabber it needs some work from experts.
To make this idea come to life I would need some $$ as I don't have anything to invest just the idea.
My estimated cost is:
Development (2x)
Design & Graphics
Advertising
Marketing would be done by me.
Now, I would like "investors" but not with interests as I DONT & WONT have anything to payback just in case it fails and doesn't make profit. The exchange can be for ownership or shares.
Something like Angel Investors maybe if that's the correct term.
On another note:
I have been planning to open my own App development company and Web Development company as I have jotted down 2 Web Site & 4 Game App Ideas.
I am currently living in Bangladesh and hiring local developers, Designers + a workplace would cost less. But since it takes time to develop I am not sure weather I can support all that financially with loans and investments.
My other plan was to develop one of my ideas, most likely a Game App, by outsourcing developers and designers - and if was somewhat of a success then I would risk on opening a firm myself.
My questions are:
If I was to grab investors how would I go about doing so, what is the best to offer them in exchange. If its percentage of ownership or share then how much would the figure be and how would that calculation work?
Before sharing the idea will a NDA form work?
If I was to outsource developers and designers and have an agreement with them to develop and design in exchange for % then how would that go about financially and idea security?
