use shopify if you want
Wordpress with WooCommerce of course. Simply because it is the easiest method to set up and it has a great support community.
+1 to Woo/WP combo, this is the most scalable option for selling accounts. Unlike Shopify, with W&W you can customize just about anything you'd like about your store. Third party payment processors, easy plugins to block bots, etc. I've had a good experience with it.
