Private label rights (PLR) products can make life simple (and profitable) for content providers. Imagine having content in the form of articles, audios, e-books, forms, infographics, reports, templates, videos, worksheets and more ... already done for you?!
But not all PLR is created equally. In fact, a lot of PLR products aren't worth dumping into the trash bin! You must be careful in your choice of PLR materials or you could harm your brand and reputation ... and watch your customers run for the hills and your profits tank!
I am sharing a quick-reading reference guide on how to identify sources for quality private label rights content. It comes from Alice Seba, who herself, is a quality PLR provider.

LAYNA'S NOTE: I "found" this in an online search. It is copyright 2016, so it may be worth noting that a PLR resource recommended in this guide is no longer in business. I would do further online research on the company with a fresh web search. Also, I recognized some real high-quality PLR providers in this guide (ContentSparks, CoachGlue, and DFY Templates) but I wasn't familiar with just as many of them.
REMEMBER --- NEVER USE PLR "AS-IS"
Just keep in mind, it's up to you to make these products your own. You can't use PLR as-is or you're doing it all wrong. You must:
* rewrite parts of it by including appropriate information you research and add
* updated content and resources (see if the sources still exist; if listed references are out-of-date for the niche, find out and replace them!
* rework/replace/rebrand the cover - be sure to keep certain elements in the cover the same if you are coming out with a series of content in the same niche; the best way to 'brand' it so customers will recognize you instantly!
* brand it with your style of writing
* make it as visually different from the original as possible so your stuff won't look like your competitors'
* use the content in a different format (if you got it in a PDF e-book, make a brief video or slideshow presentation, infographic, audio interview, etc.)
* ... and this is just the beginning!
