i had 4 vps with them for nearly a year, their vps are fast and never had downtime, the only problem is that they dont provide admin rights, which really sucks and you also can't install software. What they do is basiclly share the whole server create user accounts on it, which i think is not safe, i also think someone stole some data off me while i was with them, but no big deal. They do have seo tools installed and all also work, but then again, when i discovered that i could get myself a dedicated server i dropped all my vps's
