I am looking for a good LOCAL Rank Checker Tool. I would prefer a free tool, but am will to pay a small fee for a good tool. I need to be able to check Local Rankings in different countries.

You can try using SEO powersuite rank checker. I am using it and very good.

I Use RankTracker from Link Assistant for tracking keyword rankings and other various metrics, it gives you a fast and powerful user interface to get a quick overview of your performance. Also Powersuite's rank tracker http://www.seopowersuite.com/rank-tracker/ has respective functions. You should press the green plus sign next to the search engine to see additional settings. I think they are also available in the free version, not sure though.

Most importantly what phrase/keywords did you rank for? honestly you DONT just rank for a medium/high competitive keywords using the software only.
