After finishing my college degree in Communication and Community Development, I decided to start making money by making web design for clients, wordpress theme, logo, involving in SEO, Link building, online store, etc. I create my own site CamelGraph and releasing over 100 free wordpress theme by selling the sponosorship in DP forum. I’m joining DP forum in 2008 and have received more than 163 positive transaction feedback (100%) back since the time DP still using vBulletin board and the legacy iTrader system.
I also previously open another investment thread about game retail business (you can see here), and thanks to all the investors who commit more than USD 1500 in total, the business is growing larger and now planned to launch its e-commerce store website (fravagames.com) on May 5.
Q: About the Furniture Retail Business :
My family runs a Furniture retail store for more than 25 years. Established by my father since 1988, our 2 stories, 700 sq. meter store is located in CBD area in Bogor, Indonesia. We sold various Household and Office furniture like Wooden furniture, Chairs, Sofas, Kitchen Set, Dining Tables, Living Room Cabinet, Bedroom Set, Spring Mattress, Office Desk, Pillows, and many others to local end-user customer. We bought the products from big manufacturer/local craft industry/factory distributor and sell it to our end-user customer. Each and everyday, local people come to the store to buy what they need and we delivered it to their house/office. The products price varied between IDR 100,000 to IDR 5,000,000 (USD10 - USD 500) with at least 30% profit margin for each product (some of the product can have more than 50% margin) . We currently have furniture item inventories (assets) valued more than USD 30,000 , with our sales revenue over the last 12 months average around USD 7000 - USD 8000 per month.
Q:Why you need Investment?
I told my father about how i raised investment for my game retail business and he ask me "Why dont you do the same to grow our furniture store?" So that's why i'm here now with this thread
Let me explain, Each and every year during the islamic month of fasting (Ramadhan) and the Eid Holiday season, we always saw an increase in sales revenue around 20%-30% more than any other months, this is because during that time, people here got the yearly bonus from their workplace/ business, so they usually spend more money to buy things, imagine just like December Xmas Season in the Western country. Last year, we got around $9000 in revenue during that holiday month,and this year holiday season will be right on the summer (June-July 2014), so we want to more capitalize the opportunity by raising fund from your investment.
Q: Where my money goes to?
The fund from the investor will be spend to stockpiling the furniture product like you saw on the photo album above to be sold in our store . So your money will be use to buy Chairs, Wooden Cabinet, Spring Mattress, Sofas, Dining Table, etc . We want to stockpile them early before the holiday season so we can get better price from the manufacturer, because the price is higher during the holiday because of inflation.

Q: Why should i trust you with my money?
As i mentioned in the beggining, I've been a member here since 2008 and I've also posted other investment thread for my game retail business in the past with more than $1500 invested, and all investors got paid on time as scheduled.
I’m here not to offer you a GET QUICK RICH SCHEME. If you looking for magical number return like "300% after 30 days", then this is not for you. I know some thread that offer huge return in short time being posted in this subforum, but it's turns out they running away with your money, so dont fall to that kind of scam.
I'm only offering you GENUINE reasonable BUSINESS with low risk mid-term investment plan that I will be capable of doing.
You will be investing in a REAL WORLD retail store that's been established for more than 25 years and already profiting. Your money will be spend on intangible and marketable products that people need for their household. So the risk is very low.
