I am Raghavendra Y and I am an internet marketer and SEO consultant for some years now.

I will explain the issues later in the end of this post.
The JV terms
25% ROI + Initial investment within 35 days. You will receive your investment and ROI on or before 35th from the day of investment.
The ROI is guaranteed, I will bare any loss (in the rare case scenario) and you are always paid.
Paypal fee - When you invest, there will be a paypal fee cut which I will have to bare. When I pay you, you will have a fee cut. I will not use paypal refund option while paying you as this could raise a red flag to the eyes of paypal.
You will have paypal buyer protection, so your investment is always safe.
The total investment slot is for $20K. $500 per person only, I am not going to accept more than $500 from a single person. However, if you want to invest in more, you can take on multiple $500 slots(1 slot per person per day only).
Why am I not offering 40% ROI like in my previous JV.
First, this is a new JV and not a continuation JV for the previous one. Previously I use to invest investors' money twice or even thrice depending on the returns. But now, things have changed, I can invest only once. This is because, there is some delay in getting payments. I am cashing out via cheques from my affiliate networks and you know it takes time to process the cheques and also there will be some postal delays. Previously I used paypal and was able to receive payments quickly and reinvest them. This is not the case now.
My Guarantee
I will pay irrespective of my ROI from my PPC campaigns. So you need not worry about the investments. I do not use your investments to test new campaigns, I will invest your money only on the successful campaigns. This lowers the risk of any loss. I test several campaigns every month with my money and use investors money to scale the successful campaigns. so I will be able to return invested money + 25% extra as interest.
Also, I will be monitoring the campaigns almost 10 hrs a day, so if any campaign (rare case) is running with low ROI (I do not even wait for until it becomes negative) then I will pause the campaign and divert the funds to other successful campaigns. So my campaigns will not give any negative ROI (100% sure about it).

About paypal issues.
I use to accept huge payments and do a refund while paying the investors to cover the paypal fee for the investors. Obviously, paypal did not like it. They have limited my account and my account is under review. Only 50% of the funds that I receive can be withdrawn to the bank and the rest after 30 days(small amounts). X,XXX payments will be received after 60 days. This will continue until my review period ends which is in may 2014.
I use paypal to take investments, withdraw money from my affiliate networks, cpa networks etc. The money flow became very tight due to the limitations. Because I generally reinvest twice or thrice before I pay my investors and this is the reason why I pay good ROI (40% for 35 days).
I paid all my investors who invested in my first JV, you can check the thread for details. There are currently only 3 investors for that JV, who are investing via bank wire.
Now I am using my father's paypal address to take on new investments from this JV, so I can use all the funds for investment. I am going to accept only small payments (max is $500) from multiple investors.
I am doing this only to keep myself safe from paypal. Also, I will not do any refunds.
