I am doing email marketing for almost 15 years and in this time I learned all ups and downs in this industry. Of course, I don't have my own lists so to get into peoples inboxes I had to come up with the perfect bulk email system.

Luckily I worked in IT from when I was 16 so setting everything up wasn't a problem. The biggest challenge was to keep my delivery rates constant and keep the money coming in so I could quit my job.

With test after test after test ... I came up with what I think is the perfect setup for bulk email sending and the good news is you can follow my step-by-step guide and set up a bulk email system like mine on your own. If you don't have software I use, don't worry I nulled everything and you can access/download all software from my site.


Software we'll be using

Mumara as an email marketing application. If you heard about Interspire or MailWizz the best way to describe Mumara would be. It's like Interspire with all available add-ons and lots of really useful features added, plus it's on steroids.

PowerMTA is the Mail Transfer Agent software used by all the big senders. You can set domain specific limits, create backoff rules in case of delivery problems, make it sign all your emails with DKIM and so on. With full Mumara integration done with a few clicks, it's the perfect combination.

Of course, you can use parts of my guide and use a different email marketing software like Interspire Email Marketer, MailWizz, Mautic, ... If needed you can also connect it with SendGrid, SendinBlue, MailChimp, Mandrill, ...
