What do the column Headers mean?

has_fba_offer - Does the product have an active FBA offer? Yes (Y) or No (N)
has_retail_offer - Does the product have an active Amazon Retail offer? Yes (Y) or No (N)
total_offers - The total number of active offers on the product from 3P and Retail
min_price - The lowest offer price on the product from Amazon and 3P
max_price - The highest offer price on the product from Amazon and 3P
min_3p_price - The lowest offer price on the product from 3P Sellers
max_3p_price - The highest offer price on the product from 3P Sellers
