Extreme Search Engine Optimization tools are the best I have used. Not VPS but remote desktops.

I would not recommend the BHT Downloads VPS. i was really psoff with them. As they stated on the list, some of them are not there such as Article builder and more, and most of them are out of date, you have to update them to use, asked them to update just 1 program like sliq submitter. it took me like more than 15 days and 1 email every day they still cant get it to the newest version. at the end of the last email they sent me and asked me "what software do you want to update" so back to square 1 after 15 days. i just cancel that on the next second after i got this email.

Well I have to say this I tested that crappy VPS a few weeks ago and all I found was %100 outdated tools I was not able to run any of them properly. They advertise uBot v4 on the sales thread but when you get in is v3.5 I asked several times for v4 and all I got was "you need to be a loyal customer to get v4" from Rihana hahaha what a joke! well I went to their VPS premium section and raised hell as they didn't delivered what they advertised and all I found was unhappy customers that went balistic when I exposed them on public. Two days later I woke up to a full (non requested) refund on my PayPal and a banned for life from their crappy forum hahaha. Next day I went to fiverr and found a vps with UBot in it for just $5 a month lol and it has v4 legit copy. I found that there are many VPS with Search Engine Optimization tools on fiverr just search for what tool you looking for.

I use extreme seo tools they have so far been decent. They got GSA Captha breker, Xrumer, Secnuke XCR 3.1.37. So far its been ok. They answered my questions in about 2 hours. The only problem is when the system restarts and boots back up you gotta wait till they put the passwords back in in there tools so you can use them. That takes about an hour. But so far so good.
