I have a 3 letters, pronounceable, aged and very brandable .com domain that has no project with its name on it so I am thinking at renting it.
All can be done with a contract, monthly, trimestrial or even annually rent pre-payments, renting period can be for at least 2-3 years and also we can agree on prolonging the renting time before the contract finishes. Also, the one who pays the rent would have priority in case the domain is on sale (we can even stipulate in the contract the exact amount that the domain would be sold for).
Do let me know if anyone of you has a good project and a good deal for me.
