One very important thing I expect from someone is this: Availability. I have recently had people join my agency but I've had to kick them out because they didn't out ANY time to growing the business, they had "too little" time. I need someone who will be available, not 24/7 but atleast within my time frame. Hopefully someone from the UK as our timeframe will match.
