I am looking to invest capital into profitable e-commerce stores for long term profit sharing. I am willing to pay up to the 50% existence of the last X months profit average.
As an example: 1. e-commerce jewellery store in existence for 2 years # years = 2 years
2. last 1 year average monthly profit (verifiable) is $1,000 P % = 1 year
3. operating expenses capped at current levels
I will pay $12,000 for 100% (take over), $6,000 for 50% profit share
Budget is not a limitation for the right store.
Transaction constraints:
0. A legal contract will be signed with echosign.com
1. Store has to be owned in countries where e-signature is enforceable.
( U.S , Canada, UK, Australia, India )
2. Store or the owner has to have necessary licenses, patents and registration.
3. No pharma, porn or gambling products
4. Verifiable proof of address/identity
5. Minimum of at least $500 profit in the last 6 months
Mine will only be capital investment and no other support. I am not interested in outright buying as I don't have the team or time to manage.
I might also be open to brick+mortar stores, mobile apps or other profitable mobile ventures.
My background: I have owned a small business for 15+ years in Washington D.C. and have no debt. I have invested $$,$$$+ in this forum alone. Unfortunately I am yet to see a seller who had given me consistent returns in the long run and hence decided to try a different route this coming year. I am looking to diversify my portfolio for 2015 into e-commerce sites.
Please PM me with proposal or post in this thread.
Best regards.
