[SELL] Gaming Website with Large Potential

[hl92lucky]

Hey guys, I'm selling my website Smartgamingincome.com.

I have other client websites that I am currently working so that's the reason I'm selling this game site.

Thought it would be nice to offer it on BHPT before anywhere else.

Anyways here are the things that you will get:

-Website (hosted on namecheap - free to open an account)
-Logo
-All the content on the site
-Facebook account
-Twitter account
-Extras are Reddit, Delicious, Diggo, and bascially all the other Social Media accounts except Youtube because it's under my email. You may create a channel if you own this website.

Here are the keywords that the site is targeting

get paid to play video games
make money playing video games
video game tester
game tester salary
game tester education
etc + more...

Many of these keywords are ranking in the 2nd to 3rd page and some on 4th (Or 10 - 40 position).

Keep in mind...

Some of the backlinks have been taken off to rank my client sites so there is a slight drop in rankings for smartgamingincome.com but it can easily be ranked to higher positions easily with good backlinks.

There are backlinks coming from many social bookmark websites and web 2.0

Some of the social bookmark sites are -reddit, delicious, scoop.it, pinterest, folkd, etc.
Some of the web 2.0 sites are - wordpress, blogspot, tumblr, weebly, jimbo, etc.

The content were specifically written for SEO purposes and are original but not professional.

The website is hungry for its first affiliate sale. I haven't touched it up with much monetizing.

------------------------------------------

I've devoted many hours into this website.

It's still fresh but I see it being very profitable.

I'm sad to let this site go but it's better off in the hands of another owner who has time to grow it than be stagnant and without care.

NEW UPDATES!!!

I'm sorry for not having to answer my fellow BHPT's comments but I will be here in the next couple weeks to answer any questions.

With that said here are some proof I have.

Wordpress Statpress stats

Google Analytic Stats

Google Webmaster Tools Stats

SEM Rush Stats

Smartgamingincome.com is ranked in top positions for the keywords for the broad keyword "earn paypal money playing games". The site is getting lots of traffic from variations of this keyword.

I'm accepting payments through Paypal and taking offers only

Price is $400

First to accept this offer and pay, I will start transferring.

If you've got any questions don't hesitate to PM me.
