I don't have the time to work on it as I have alot of other sites.
How is it monetized?
I've added banners for an affiliate program but the diabetes niche is currently really hot on Clickbank so there are lots of other products there that could be promoted on the site. I can add a Clickbank one if you want.

How much time does this site take to run?
I haven't done anything with it since adding the content, doing the SEO etc. I'd advise adding more content, adding another affiliate program and affiliate links etc. This shouldn't take too long though and could be outsourced.
Content
Most of the content on this site is 1000+ words in length and written by a native English speaking writer. The content is really high quality and the articles alone would cost $25 each if you were to outsource them from the writer I used. This is real authority content and a very professional blog that could be built into something big.
Theme
The theme is a premium Wordpress theme from http://www.mythemeshop.com called Splash and is worth $45
