Scammed by jurojin for $100 Skrill money

I posted a thread to buy a verified adsense account, i was contacted by jurojin. he gave me his skype id rank.bettah.com and we began chat, he said he was going to sell four verifed adsense accounts for $200 and showed me screenshots from one. we agreed that i pay him $100 skrill and then he sends the details of the accounts and then i pay the balance of $100.

I had made payment since 2days ago and i havent heard from him he doesnt come online on skype and puts my phone number on busy coz when i call with another number it rings but with my number its always number busy. i have sent him pm's since then and he hasn't replied,i know he has seen them coz i send them when he is online.
