www.removalfirmmarketing.com
Ive had this site just over a year, but just too busy to run it, so Im selling.
The website is built using wordpress, & the Unity theme template.
I created the animation, images and wrote every last word on the website.
Make Money easily
The website has a very simple money making solution. It offers cheap local SEO plus a website to removal companies in the USA, Australia & UK. The pricing can obviously be changed to your own business model.
How to find clients?
There is no company I can find that runs marketing in the niche, so approaching clients will be easy, just have a good sales pitch.
Scrape emails in whatever country. Most removal companies have the term "removals" or "relocation" in their business web address, so you can build up a list pretty quick. how you use the list is up to you, but I did 1 scrape and found thousands of removal companies. If you need help with email blasts, I will go into more detail if you purchase.
Local SEO - Now this is the best bit. I use brightlocal.com for pretty much all the hard work, and they are good at what they do. You can outsource everything, and keep the profit. Bright Local also provide white label reports showing rankings and citations etc, so you have a good system for your clients.
Part of this model is a client website, some will have sites already so tweak the package to what ever. If the client does choose the website package then just throw up a wordpress blog for them (make it look professional) and post an article to their blog every month. To get round dupe content, set "no index" on the blog page (saves writing shit loads of blogs a month for clients). Because local SEO is more citation based, the blog wont matter so much
Reseller hosting by someone like hostnine.com is cheap.
If you had only 100 clients at the current package price that's $22000 a MONTH! & you out-source everything, Of course outsourcing costs money, but run the maths and you will see the potential.
The Domain is just over 1 year. No SEO or back linking has been done, so it has SEO potential too.
It has a Facebook page with auto post from the WordPress blog
The current payment system is integrated into the website using 2Checkout, you would need to set up a merchant account, again they make this easy, plus the terms and conditions & refund policies to set up your 2Checkout account are already on the website, so it would take just days go Live.
How Much?
500 bucks guys. Its an all in one money making solution if you have the time. Plus is a beautiful site, nice images, and sales blabber
Payment - PayPal or Western Union accepted.
PM me if your interested - this offer is not on any other forums.
