Black Hat means someone who's doing illegal/bad activities in the Internet or Real Life, and it go from hacking huge databases and stealing credit cards to DDosing websites so they can't access websites anymore
Or Would you rather be White Hat, who are the good guys who work for big IT companies would find Security Loopholes in the Internet and they would test it themselves, and make sure they would fix it so hackers or bad people won't have access to it.
Or maybe Grey hat...
